During the last couple of weeks, I had moments where I started to question my “differences”. During this reflection journey, I came to one big conclusion, being me is what should be protected by me … at all costs.

I’m worthy, I’m loved, and I’m perfectly designed and indeed unique. My unique identity makes me who I am. We are not there to impress others, they should be impressed with your solid, boldness, and your very strong personal identity… that’s YOU!

As leaders in this world in whatever position personally or professionally let us focus on how we make others feel and give them the freedom to believe in themselves.
